My story
I started my career in the public sector, progressing from operations management to project managing process improvements across a decade. From automating sorting offices and modernizing parcel delivery systems through a £130m technology investment to developing VR safety training to introducing new company wide HR reporting systems. My track record is in enabling meaningful change to improved user experiences, performance, safety and revenue.
Shifting gears into the tech industry, I dived into the world of trust & safety and customer experience. Here, my role was about creating and implementing solutions on a massive scale. I developed training programs and quality measurement systems impacting over 50k+ agents, increasing policy compliance by over >30% and designed knowledge management tooling increasing efficiency by >40%.
I've also been deeply committed to my academic growth. I completed a Masters degree in Interactive Design in 2021, which gave me a deeper insight into designing user-centric and impactful solutions. I am now finishing a further Masters in Computing & XR, building further specialism into the cutting-edge field of extended reality... an incredible journey of expanding my technical and creative horizons!
