Hi, I'm James! 👋
Product leader working across product management and design, at my best when tackling complex, meaningful problems alongside smart, curious people.
Born and raised in Bristol, UK with a six-year detour in Ireland, I’m a husband, dad of two brilliant little humans, and a lifelong boy band fan with confidently questionable music recall!
Over the past 14 years I’ve worked across UK Government and big tech, leading trust and integrity initiatives, AI-enabled internal platforms, and global support ecosystems serving millions of users and thousands of operational teams. I’ve learned that the best products sit where risk, behaviour, technology, and human experience meet.
I love bringing clarity to messy spaces, aligning teams around a shared goal, and turning insight into something practical and measurable. I’m naturally collaborative, comfortable in ambiguity, and energised by building with others rather than in silos.
I care deeply about responsible AI, thoughtful design, and creating products that protect people, empower teams, and genuinely make things work better.
