Hi, I'm James! 👋
Lead Product Manager with a product design background, at my best tackling complex, meaningful problems alongside smart, curious people.
Born and raised in Bristol with a six-year detour in Ireland, I’m a husband, dad of two brilliant little humans, and a lifelong boy band fan with confidently questionable music recall.
Over the past 14 years I’ve worked across UK Government and global technology companies, leading products spanning trust and safety, AI-powered internal platforms, fraud, learning and operational performance. I’ve learnt that the best products emerge where user needs, technology and organisational change come together.
I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity, aligning multidisciplinary teams around a shared goal, and turning evidence into practical, scalable products. My background in product design helps me rapidly explore ideas, collaborate closely with engineers and designers, and validate assumptions before investing in delivery.
I care deeply about building responsible AI, designing with empathy, and creating products that protect people, empower teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
